What happened to my tyre?

I ordered 3 tyres on Monday and booked to have them fitted on Saturday morning when I was free. I arrived at the fitting centre at about 9.00am to find that only 2 had been delivered. The staff were waiting for the other one to turn up. The tyre was supposed to have been ordered from the manufacturer and not delivered. The manufacturer does not work on Saturdays so no one knew why the 3rd tyre was not at the fitting centre. I am now waiting for a call back next week.

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Tyre Shopper has access to many suppliers and generally all delivers are made on time for the fitting. occasionally deliveries are not made on time for the fitting, this is rare, unfortunately this is one of those situations.
