Worst deal ever!!!!

I have bought the phone and I have chosen to be delivered at my house, but the next day nobody came, in the second day I have received a text message saying that someone came to bring the phone and left a card( no card was left) so I went online and select that the item to be delivered next day. When I saw that next day that nobody came to bring my phone I've looked on the site and I saw that the phone was delivered on the second day by yodel and that I signed for it ( big lie because I was 70 miles away that day). So I phone to cpwh and told them what happened and wanted to cancel the order. But ofcourse that I can't cancel the order until they resolve the problem. So now I am without money and without a phone, but I have a direct debit on my bank account.

the worst!!!!!

I bought a phone from cwh who uses yodel and I haven't recived it, but they say that they delivered it to me and that I signed for it, witch is a big lie because I was 70 miles away from home that day. So now I can't make another order for phone until they resolve the problem. So for the future I will not buy anything that is delivered by yodel and I advice you to do the same!
