Never a problem

I've used very for approx 6 months and never had a problem. I mainly use the 'collect' service and am texted as soon as it arrives. Items always as described and have had no problem with the 1 item I did have to return, through no fault of the company. Love your pay scheme (which comes in handy at Christmas time) and the voucher offers I receive every now and then.

What I would say is the treats tend to run out too fast and they haven't been good at Christmas ( I'm actually also waiting on one that was out of stock but hey, I didn't buy the item for a freebie!) and it would be ideal if the courier gave an ETA as I recently took a holiday to discover if I had gone to work I'd still have been at home in time for the parcel.

Apart from that I shall continue to use the site and look forward to the potential January sales
