I've never posted a complaint about a company before but PCW takes some beating. I bought a laptop and accessories from PC World, total over £1000 cost. To cut a very long story short, I've experienced appalling service, technical failure, poor communication and, after 6 weeks, I'm still trying to get my money back. If you have a problem with the store their so-called "Customer Service" tells you its your problem. If you want any kind of peace of mind keep clear of PC World, whatever you do.
