Field and trek were ok to deal with, even though their customer service is a little lacking online...people want to speak to someone they dont want redirected to FAQ. Their choice of courier is what lets them down. Unless you live near one of their depots you could wait an eternity on your parcel if you get it at all and yodel their courier will try and say they attempted delivery on dates and times when you were clearly at home?? They even say they've put a card through your door when they have not. NI personally wont be buying from anyone who uses Yodel Couriers again, its more hassle than its worth.
Wouldn't have given them any stars at all if possible. Absolutely the worst service ever and as for contacting someone, thats nigh on impossible. Only an incompetent company like this would have the audacity to lay blame on the customer for their failure to deliver. Tried to deliver apparently when i was at home...funny i didnt hear the doorbell...nor did i find the supposed card he put through the door the next time, again when i was at home???? i will be checking what courier people are using from now on when i purchase online and will gladly boycott any company using them may i suggest we all stick together and do the same...its the only way kretins like this will change.
