YODEL worst customer service ever

No stars. I ordered a phone on line last week. I still have no phone. According to the tracker i should of had a delivery card no cards left. Spoke to them eventually on the phone after a long internet search for a number where i could speak to a human. The human was no help and did not even have a contact for the courier. Then reorganized delivery for yesterday. No attempt made. Then i was out this am returned home to find a calling card saying on it they had attempted to delivery 4 time this am!!! Rang number on calling card to wait 30 mins to speak to someone once again he was no help apart from saying an investigation is to be launched. The best he could do was to say I could drive to Manchester from Liverpool next week to pick it up myself. So frustrated and still no phone!!!!
