dissapointed with quality of print re order 85790

The email responses and speed of delivery were excellent. The construction of the frame was fine as was the stretching but unfortunately, in this case the quality and detail of the print was not as I hoped. . The order specification is below.

Sorry to be moaning, I hoped since I chose specification 'water resistant' it would have a more glossy look, and I didn't notice anything as a result of choosing 'colour enhance'. . However, the biggest frustration was that the DETAIL was not clear..

Since I sent you a 5.22Mg image, I hoped it would be quite a lot sharper. However, I understand that my photograph was maybe not as sharp as I imagined when enlarged. Any suggestions for future similar prints, this size?

Water resistant prints are produced using a special printing process where the inks are dried instantly using Ultra Violet light. This means that is no requirement for glossy sealants that require prolonged curing times. This is how we are able to offer water resistant prints - delivered next working day.

We have reviewed the photograph you provided, and can confirm that it is very slightly out of focus. The degree to which it is out of focus is so small, that neither yourself or us were able to tell - especially because of the abstract nature of the subject matter.

We understand your frustration, but feel that your review is a little unfair considering we printed the photo you provided us with accurately and quickly.
