I even don't know what to say

I ordered a rug from la redoute 14.11.2012 I couldn't track my order via their site.After almost two weeks I phoned to la redoute with question about this.And what they said.That I wasn't at home few times and the rug is on the way back to la redoute,but I didn''t get any missed delivery card so how the hell I could know.I ordered this rug again 04,12,2012 and I'm still waiting The item were keept long time in the hub and now from 3 days the status is out for delivery.Where the hell is my rug?
RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
