Having ordered the wrong size rucksack from Open Air Cambridge I rang to see what I could do about changing the order. The phone was answered not by an automated machine but by a very articulate, helpful and friendly man called Jan. Luckily it turned out my parcel had not yet been dispatched, unluckily they didn't have the size I wanted in stock. Jan told me it would be ordered for me and then kept me updated with emails as to the status of my order. My order has now arrived and I am more than satisfied and happy with the every aspect of this shopping experience. If only it were always this way.
