Unimpressive customer service

I ordered a bathroom cabinet on 10 April but the wrong item was delivered shortly afterwards. I was then informed the cabinet I wanted had been discontinued so they could not complete the order. I had to wait several days while they arranged for the item to be collected which was very inconvenient as the box was huge. Now as of 01 May I am still waiting for a refund. I think it's completely unacceptable to make me wait this long as this was Plumb Nations error and they effectively took money for an item they could not provide. I have complained but they seem unbothered. Very disspapointing


Shocking attitude and service, avoid at all costs

I wish I had looked into this terrible company before placing my order for a Smeg oven. Having been promised 7-10 days delivery and checking there would be no delays before placing the order, I have now been waiting 4 weeks with still no sign so I am staring down the barrel of having no oven for Christmas. I must have rung them 20 times, they never proactively keep you informed, and they have repeatedly fobbed me off with excuses about the manufacturer and their distributer while making promises about delivery they haven't kept. They have no clue about where my appliance actually is or why I haven't received it and their customer care levels are practically zero. I have managed to speak to the manager today (Saturday) but he can't get any information until Monday, so not much use. They are clearly a business going downhill from seeing other reviews, and I doubt they will survive much longer at this rate with excellent competitors such as 'Appliances Online'. I only used them as I couldn't find stock of this oven elsewhere but I regret it massively, avoid at all costs!!!
