After waiting a week, I contacted them and suddenly the After Shave was on its way. There had been no communication about the delay and in the subsequent emails they blamed their suppliers. They use 2nd class post as standard, even when they ship an item late.
Ordered on a Wednesday arrived the following Friday. Very well packed and in perfect condition.
