Poor to Very Poor

Ordered a Netgear Router - they couldn't supply at the price and then wouldn't (or couldn't) refund my credit card. Told me it took 5 to 15 days and then at 15 days changed their story to 30 days. Credit Card dispute raised and money refunded by Barclaycard.

Another concern is credible reports of fake reviews - just google 'fake reviews WAE+' for more info.

My advise is don't touch them with a barge pole as plenty of people seem to have had the same experience - refunds seem to be a big problem for this company.

Decent price and quick delivery with plenty of communication on exactly when the delivery truck would arrive. Double Oven received in perfect condition and old one taken away with no fuss. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

They had the best price and the item was shipped the same day. The delivery service gave me a one hour slot for delivery - excellent - didn't have to wait in all day!

Would definitely recommend these guys and they have an actual shop in Yorkshire.
