No communication, very late dispatch, not recommended

I ordered from DIYtools foolishly without reading any reviews. After a week had passed without the item being posted I read a few reviews, all stating the same 1 star rating and negative opinions. I then attempted to contact DIYtools via their online form and via email. No reply was received. I then went away and purchased the same product from another website, receiving instant confirmation of delivery and the next day confirmation of dispatch. DIYtools took my money and didn't dispatch my item for at least 2 weeks. It seems their stock levels are always low and they must therefore have to order in your order before they dispatch it. The lack of communication was unacceptable and I will not be returning to DIYtools.com
