Superb Service

This is the first time i have purchased anything from Creative and it won,t be the last. I bought a Yamaha 2010 AV Receiver and arranged for next day delivery to my home address. Unfortunately my son slept in and missed the delivery. Creative rang me to inform me that delivery had been missed and rang their courier to try and rearrange the same day. They also replied promptly to an e mail from me regarding a netwoking issue that was due to my lack of knowledge and not a technical issue with the amp.

Excellent sevice and strongly recommended.
