I made my first order online and later changed my mind. The item had not been dispatched so looked for a 'cancel my order' option online to no avail. I rang the customer services the following and was told the item was being processed and I had to wait for the item to be delivered and refuse to take it from the driver! This I did. Just looked at my account and Very charged me for the postage and packaging. I had to ring customer services to get the P&P refunded.
I can do without the hassle. Why make a website that doesn't allow cancellation of the item prior to dispatch? I I shall be cancelling my account with Very.

Waited in all day for a delivery with Amazon joke "guaranteed delivery". Tracking said parcel sat at the local delivery HDNL depot since 7:45am this morning. Tracking recently said out for delivery and then 1 second later delivered. WOW fast vans or complete lies. My money is on the latter.... The item has not been delivered.
Come on Amazon ditch HDNL/Yodel. Your customers are getting frustrated.
Update. Upon investigation HDNL told Amazon that the driver had a signature from the me. Bunch of utter liars...
