You know i told you that I had decided to buy that Makita Tool,well i found one brand new for a very good price on the HSS site,so i ordered it with free next day delivery.HSS sent me confirmation that it had gone to the courier,as I had not ordered it until quite late in the day I didn't expect to get it next day.I was right I did not get it next day nor the next and the one after that and because the weekend is here I wont see it til Monday or maybe not,who knows?.I did track the parcel and all that said the delivery time had runout.I rang the courier and was informed the driver had too much to do.So I am not blaming HSS they probably didn't realise they were dealing with a courier who does'nt live up to their expectations.I have now received the tool 5 days late but that was the courier not HSS.I was most impressed that HSS rang me and apologised and they also had been in contact with the courier.I must admit in all the time I have been buying on line this was a first.Maybe it's because they are in Surrey and all nice people come from there,guess where I originally came from.I will definitely buy from HSS again,Merry Christmas.
