I was expecting my items on a Tuesday, so I waited in all day for them (as they wanted a signature). At 6pm, as it hadn't arrived, I phoned the ironmongery direct customer service who promised that it would turn up that day even if it was as late as 8pm, which it did not. The next day as I was about to leave unusually late at 9.15am, my delivery came, however the delivery man only handed over 1 item, when I explained that I was expecting 2 he said "Oh, let me just check" he then looked in the back of the lorry and found my other item. All in all a thoroughly unprofessional service, and as I was using this service for my business a very disappointing one.
