The company has no interest in protecting the buyer from my experience. I ordered an item and paid extra for 48hr delivery. 2 weeks later so I raise a claim and go back and forth only to be told that as the seller has proof of postage and the courier tracking says left safe they can't do anymore. They have no interest in getting the proof of delivery from the courier and cared even less that the couriers contract was with the seller and not me leaving me no right to claim. I found out the seller sent the item 5 days late and authorised it to be left safe they still had no interest. After weeks of phone calls on my end and having already purchased a replacement I managed to track down the parcel delivered to the wrong address all this trouble and still no refund for the extra spent on 48hr delivery. they are less than useless they are down right negligent.
