hassle free when item didnt show

I was very pleased as there was a mistake with my original order and instead of 2 packs of brushes only one was sent . I thought there would be a load of hassle but it was checked and another set was sent out the same day can't ask for more at this time of year . they were gifts for my daughters so I will buy from you again x
