This was a company which I felt I could trust. The online ordering system was straightforward but thorough and I was confident that the cover would fit my caravan because of all the details that were taken. I also got a discount which made me feel better! I received confirmation of the order by email and knew that delivery would be 4/5 weeks. Just at the end of this time period I received a phone call and email to say that the cover would be arriving the next day at a certain time. This was followed by a confirming text and it arrived on time!!
The fabric appears to be very good quality but time will tell if this is the case. Putting it on the caravan proved to be easier than we expected but the directions were clear and, of course, it did fit perfectly. It is so good to see the caravan covered for the winter as we live at 750feet and receive real winter weather!
