Placed an a couple of orders with missguided.... later to find my card was declined! Went to the bank and checked , missguided had took an extra £233.98 out of my account! Its been a joke getting them to refund the money! They told me it would have gon einto my bank my friday , the full 5 working days , still no luck! To be honest , from all the poor reviews on here , looks like no-one is going to be helping me! REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!! .... Im also waiting for a refund on a dress. SO THEY OWE ME £250!!! Its christimas time , Im a university student and a mother .... THIS IS RIDICULOUS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Hi Keileigh,

I cannot apologise enough on behalf of Missguided for the duplicate payments that have occurred. It appears that the site has been running a bit slower than normal, due to the large volume of traffic we have been receiving. As a result we are upgrading our server to accommodate the increased volume and improve advisor response times, this may have resulted in duplicate payments.
