Sage Pay

VERY slow to refund

Made a purchase using Sagepay & recieved an email saying my money had not been debited pending contact from the seller. All fine, except that it had been debited & despite the seller telling them to refund me it is now 8 days later and my account is still missing a large quantity of money!!
