amazing, helpful staff

i took my three children and their friend to London at the beginning over December the younger two (teenagers) had never been before so i wanted them to see the sights aswell as the christmas lights and window displays, visit the Winter Wonderland and the famous stores. we were able to do all this in a one day visit and had a free boat tour. the tour staff were amazing at each stop we would tell them where we wanted to go next and they'd escort us to the bus, on the actual bus the drivers and tour guide would ensure we got off at the right stop, gave us advice on where to go next. all this was in addition to the information they tell us as part of the tour.
