I ordered something on Argos' website. It said it would arrive Thursday between 7-8am. I got a flyer that evening when I came home from work saying I need to rearrange because I wasn't home. I was until 8am and then like many people had to go to work. The guy said I had to call the delivery company to rearrange and that there was no commitment to deliver at a certain time!
I ordered the wrong fixtures for my kitchen lights so it was very smooth returning the lights and ordering the correct fittings. Only disappointment is that the lights burned out within 2 weeks of the fixtures being installed. My electrician warned this was likely to happen because the fixture quality itself was poor and the light bulb fitting was loose. I did speak with the company who said it is due to the fact that it is halogen, but I had halogen fixtures for 5 years before they blew...
