A Google search (and the Go-Electrical web-page itself) showed a price but when I took the item to the check out the price increased. I complained about this and even the next day this had not been changed and was still showing the lower price ie a low price on the web-site and another higher when the item was put in the shopping basket. I was told by email that the "price was in the process of being changed" and " we are not able to honour a previous price if an order has not been attempted at that price". I did attempt an order and the price was not changed until after that which is evidenced by an email to the seller at the time of attempting it at 2300 on 12 February ... but the price advertised was not honoured as promised. While there is no obligation to sell an item ie legally it is termed "an offer to treat" and not a sale this to me as a customer although on the internet is like being attracted to go into a shop that is advertising a product in the window at a low price and when you take it to the check-out it is another higher price. It leaves a bad taste and the price advertised should be honoured as an order was attempted at the advertised price.
