I bought a Samsung laptop from Argos with a 3 year warranty, The warranty was with Samsung. After having problems with it I contacted Samsung sent them 4 faxes, 2 recorded letters & numerous e mails & they kept saying they didn't receive them, I got in touch with Argos who found a copy of my original transaction & contacted Samsung on my behalf, but still didn't get anywhere with Samsung in the end Argos got in touch with their own legal team who were going to contact Samsung. Argos gave me the option of a new laptop or full refund, I had another laptop ( not a Samsung) one though. Argos were excellent and were so helpful in store and Customer Services at head office. Thank you Argos.
