Ordered 2 radiators to be delivered within 3-4 days... Paid £7 for delivery. After 4 days I contacted them to ask where my order was, to be told it would be with me on the 14th (day 8). Waited in all day until 6pm, no delivery. Tried to call, but they are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday. It's now Sunday. The radiators were ordered for a private job that my husband was doing, he's now at risk of losing the private job because of the delay in receiving the order. Nothing I can do until I can speak to someone on Monday to complain about my order, or lack of order..
