AWFUL COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Boxes arrived open! Items damaged! Liquid cracked open and all over items. Laptop computer exposed which was infuriating and underwear which was very displeasing. Dropped by boxes on to ground even in front of me outside house making me stressed and concerned for the safety of my belongings for the first moment.

The only good thing I have to say was about the delivery guy at my end in Northern Ireland. He was so cheerful and pleasant even with my heavy boxes (which were the size permitted) that killed his back and did his all to help me despite the state the boxes arrived in.

Awful company except those few excellent staff who I sense get dumped on by the rest of the absolutely dreadful handling staff and/or management.

DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE.

Handled my move excellently!

Handled my move excellently. Organised insurance easily when I hadn't put it on. Excellent communication, offering A* service, handling all areas of my move perfectly!
