Overall excellent service

I have used this often and found it to be an excellent service. Live chat is efficient and I have spoken to Richard who has sorted out some problems for me very easily. I find that if a parcel is not collected, this is not ParcelsGos fault (or any other courier broker) but an issue with the courier company themselves, and often can be down to an individual driver. Parcel2Go site is easy to use and tracking works very well. In particular I recommend the UPS service.
