I gave my work address for the item to be sent to so I didn't have to waste time going to the post office but the item was still sent to my home address.
When I checked my account details it clearly gave my work address as the delivery address so why they got it wrong I don't know.
When I received the email saying the item had been dispatched I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do because it had already been dispatched.
I don't think I'll be using them again as I can get the same product for the same price and have it sent to the address that I want
