Change your courier!

The products and packaging were excellent, but I waited in all day for an expected delivery between 12.15 and 1.15pm. My order finally arrived the following day at the specified time and the driver said he'd delivered to a house 4 doors away the day before , but hadn't been given my order! What a waste of petrol, time and effort!!
I strongly suggest you either change your courier or get more organised.
