Poor

I only had half of my order delivered. I then called to challenge it but had to leave a voice mail as 'they do not believe in keeping people on hold'. I never received a call back. I then got an email saying I had received a refund and a second email saying I had been charged for a different product, which I received several days later. No communication and they sent me a product I didn't want...

We are unable to trace any order scenario matching this description nor any record of any messages left and not dealt with. Having said that, we are very sorry for and we would be more than happy to put right any genuine error(s) on our behalf that we are unaware of or have accidentally overlooked should this customer like to contact us.

On the subject of our callback service, we have had only positive feedback about this from customers up until now. Here at The Warehouse.Com we hate being made to wait in a phone queue ourselves and to date, our customers have always only ever praised the callback option if all our lines happen to be busy.
