Helpful, supportive and fast!

On finding my initial order of an AV Receiver was not available, Creative Audio contacted me with a better alternative at the same price. Despatched on a Friday, delivery due on the following Monday it arrived the next day - a Saturday. Wow!

AV receiver and speakers arrived well packaged. The Creative Audio guide to setting up was very helpful and I highly recommend it. It had me up and running within a couple of hours.

All is now still well (1 week later). I am very pleased and say "Thank you" to Creative Audio.
