Fast and fabulous

Our boiler 'blew up' on the Friday evening. Our friend (in the trade) came round Saturday and tried for 4 hours to try and get it going so at least we could have some heat / hot water until we could get a new one - no joy!! We order the boiler online on Saturday afternoon - around 3.30pm - knowing that although it said next day delivery, it was a Saturday and it was late in the day we probably wouldn't get it till Tuesday at the eariest. My phone goes Monday morning - "We've seen your order and already have a truck heading your way, so we've put it on there." New boiler with us by 11.30am Monday! Best servce ever and the guys I spoke to were so freindly and polite. Thank you so very very much. Top service delivered by fantatsic people.
