I came to use Parcel2go when I was let down by an alternative booking agent. Unlike their competitor, they have a chat facility, which means you can get an answer to your question pretty quickly. I initially Chatted with someone (sorry, forgot their name) on a sunday evening, which I was surprised was available, and they answered the questions about my planned booking straight away. After making the booking I noticed an error on the details I inputed, I tried to get back onto Chat but it wasn't available, understandably because it was so late. The next morning I Chatted with Jenny who sorted it out quickly, efficiently and most importantly without any impact on the delivery.
The only minor flaw in the process (apart from me not putting the correct details in) was that when Chat wasn't available I found it hard to find another way of getting in touch, such as e-mail. I think this a simple thing to resolve though and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and recommending them to others.
In my opinion, the test of a good booking agent is how they sort out problems. Whereas I'm still waiting for a "ticket response" from a competitor I contacted 2 working days ago, Parcel2go sorted me out, even on a weekend.
