Yodel

Dishonest and unreliable. Useless.

This company is absolutely useless. This is not the first time we have had problems with Yodel. Whenever they FINALLY deliver your item, the drivers are rude, and complain about having to drive to your house, to do THEIR JOB. I have recently placed an order online and my heart sank when I saw that Yodel was their delivery company. I was told via online tracking that my parcel was out for delivery with the local courier on the morning of 8th October. Then later I see that it has been sent back to the service centre as they were "unable to gain access". This is a blatant lie. Someone was in my house all day, and no delivery was attempted. I do live in a remote part of the countryside, so I do understand that delivery may be a little harder, as my address is sometimes harder to find. But I left a contact number, could they not have possibly contacted me for directions? Every other delivery courier seems to be able to do this. But not Yodel. Then the same thing happened the nexy day! Another lie! The money has been taken out of my account and I am left with no parcel due to their pathetic customer service. Not happy.

TERRIBLE service!

I ordered a Panasonic TV from them on the 22nd November and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours to arrange delivery. This took 4 days. The 4th December was arranged, already longer than their claimed 2-5 days delivery. So I took the day off work to wait for my TV. It never came. Meanwhile they had taken the money out of my account! I emailed the company to receive an email saying it had not even been received from Panasonic yet! No mention of any delivery dates for days, so I emailed again and a second time to finally get a reply with no apology, but said they could deliver tomorrow (Fri14th Dec). Stayed in all day again to receive NO TELEVISION again. It FINALLY arrived the day after, again with no apology or explanation of why it had taken them this long. From order to delivery it was over 3 weeks. Terrible service, will never be buying from them again.
