I firstly ordered a coat online, the next day I received a email telling me that due to a technical fault my order had not been processed, this was despite receiving an order confirmation email.
I then phoned LaRedoute and was told the order had gone through and the coat would be delivered within 3 days.
The next day I logged onto my account to check the order status only to find NO order.
I again phoned LaRedoute and was told the order had been cancelled (without a reason) and I had to re-order over the phone, which I did and was told the coat would be delivered within 3 working days.
Upon checking my bank account I noticed that no payment to LaRedoute had been taken and once again phoned to check my order only to be told my order had been cancelled and I again needed to re-order.
Upon re-ordering I was informed that the colour I requested was now out of stock so I re-ordered a different colour.
3 days after ordering I again checked my bank account and again noticed that no payment to LaRedoute had been made. I once again phoned and after 30 minutes waiting for the call to be answered was told my order had been again been cancelled and I again needed to re-order. Yea right what was the point.
