AVOID! AVOID! Another appalling experience with those crooks AVOID! AVOID!

CLEARANCE FEE of 13.50 !! (on top of that - an extra VAT obviously) on the item worth 20 pounds imported from Japan. Those scums definitely have some nerve. The only reason they are still in the business must be you have no choice of a company that is about to handle your parcel when it's being imported from abroad. Otherwise, just forget about their existence.
