I've been literally tiptoeing all day waiting for the drivel to arrive, being even afraid of putting headphones on for few minutes or playing with my hoover. The parcel (ref no 937407143502) was supposed to be delivered today, but it didn't and I paid 30 bloody quid for that. But even more baffling is the tracking of my item found on interparcel.com. So, according to the mighty driver there was an attempt to deliver at 2:35 pm but there was no one in the house so the card was left at the doorstep. Funny enough there were 3 people at home at that time and the card is(still) nowhere to be seen. All in all I've wasted all day and still have no idea where my parcel is at the moment (no reply to the emails sent 2 hours ago) so my message to that slob and a lier behind the wheel is as follows: I wish you were delivering pizza in Mogadishu.

Just having an ultra-appalling experience with Parcel Force (resulting in making my first ever review on this site) noted peoples views on Yodel on the right margin and within milliseconds I recalled how they dealt with my ipad bought online few months back. To put it simply they threw my item at the neighbours front door while I was at home waiting for them (is using a door bell/knocking too difficult for yodel drivers?). I only realized about that after next day call to my online retailer I bought the item from because according to yodels online tracking the parcel was "delivered to the customer". Meanwhile obviously I sent 3-4 emails to yodel kindly asking them to tell me where the fuck my item was. Needless to say it was in vain, didn't get any reply from yodels mighty customer service. All in all I don't really get it - what's going on with the quality of service in this area of business in this country? Are all the companies run by chimpanzees? :(
Bought an item from us seller on ebay, received the card from parcelforce stating I needed to pay the charges (vat +handling fee) online first at www.parcelforce.com. Fair enough. Unfortunately , during making the payment, just after I filled in the form and pressed "continue" button all I got was "transaction failed" statement appearing on the screen . Tried to make the payment on their site using opera, firefox and explorer, with &without plugins etc, unfortunately every single time it was no avail. To put it simply: their online payment system DOES NOT WORK. After a couple of ready made emails was finally advised to make the payment through their customer service line on 0844 800 4466. That pleasure resulted in swallowing all the credit I had on my sim card and didn't make me any more knowledgeable of how to pay those bloody fees and finally receive my item. I wish I could leave 0 stars, unfortunately that's impossible here. It's hard to believe those schmucks are still in the business:)
