I ordered a few items online including a jacket for my daughter, the money was taken from my account straight away. 4 days later I receive an email from Bank informing me that the jacket is now out of stock and my monies will be refund in "a few working days"
I complained via email to their customer services regarding two issues, first being that when they accepted my order it clearly stated the jacket was in stock so why take my money for goods they can't provide? Hence I felt misled. Secondly why can't they pay my money back with the same speed they took it?
Its now 7 days since they took my money and I'm still waiting for it to be refunded! To make matters worse the jacket is now back for sale on the website so they must of replenished stock , I rang their customers services number asking why am I sitting here waiting for a refund when the jacket is back in stock? They informed me they only deal with parcel Quires!!!!! Now I have to write in!
Right now I'm fuming! The jacket was a Christmas present for my daughter, she was looking forward to it , now I have no jacket and no money whilst they have my money gathering interest in their bank!!!
Thanks for nothing Bank fashion, you have just lost a customer and I will warn friends and family not to trust your company when buying online because you take peoples money and provide no goods!!!
