Bought a Acoustic Wave 2 with 5 CD changer and DAB module, what a waste of good money! The 5 CD changer still clunks between tracks when playing random, (I would expect that to be quieter for the money they charge, so no better technology there than a cheap one). The DAB module is rubbish and an additional item not integrated into the system. There are hardly any stations and the ones I want to listen to are of poor quality and all crackly. Doesn't matter if you use an aerial or not. Absolute B**l***s. I can get more stations (the ones I want to listen to) on a cheap Bush portable battery operated DAB radio. It has been back to Belgium for repairs a couple of times but nothing changes. I was told that I probably have too many electrical appliances in the home (who doesn't) and I have the wrong electric!! So if you want a DAB radio I would probably suggest getting an internet radio. though not experienced one but have researched. Not happy and have spunked 4 figures up the wall. Will never buy from them again.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Had a salesperson around and gave me the spiel and assured me that it would be a WOODEN fully fitted kitchen and just one step down from top notch range so went ahead. Had the kitchen fitted in 2010 and was really pleased that it only took just 2 days, and that it looked OK. But that was just the novelty of having a new kitchen. Having lived with it for a while I could then see the faults. It is not fully fitted as such, they are standard sized cupboards designed in a way to make it look like they're fitted. I have a cupboard that doesn't go right to the wall on one end and the larder cupboard on the other end is about 6 inches from the end of the wall, so I could have had more worktop and cupboard space. The plinth is not straight and the lights fall out. The worktop started lifting at the join, (did get that fixed). The pelmet lights also keep dropping down because the holes are too big. I have to keep pushing them up with a wooden spoon because I can't open the cupboards! The worktop has now started to stain. The veneer edging is coming off, I thought it was supposed to be wood! The sealer joining worktop to splash-back is now discolouring and quite noticeable. I have been in contact with the company but they are not really interested, they want to charge £75 for a call-out! All in all it is still a wood chip kitchen with possibly wooden doors. Also no certificates for electrical and gas work.
