My order went missing even though I paid for next day delivery. I phoned Orbit and was on hold for one hour to an 0845 number before being cut off without getting through to anyone. When I finally got through to someone the next day and explained what had happened, I found the attitude of the staff very unhelpful and dismissive. I then managed to make contact directly with the courier company as Orbit blamed them for the problem. They were equally unhelpful. I was stuck between Orbit and the courier company with nobody returning my calls or wanting to help me. After one week (and missing the deadline that I needed the pictures for) a neighbour dropped the pictures in saying they had been delivered to her. No card was left by the courier so I had no way of knowing where they had been delivered. To this day nobody from Orbit or the courier company has called me back....to their knowledge this problem has still not been resolved and they clearly don't care!!! I do not have the time or any more money to call them back to let them know I have the pictures, so hopefully they will care enough about what their customers think to read this!!! The pictures are actually very good, but good luck if you have a problem with your order!! I personally would not recommend Orbit to anyone as I have never before experienced such shocking customer service and I am out of pocket with telephone calls, etc!
