The new Paypal website has no place to specify a different delivery address from the purchaser's. I put a request in the Comments Box, then phoned Havens. I was told my request had been noted but I should send a separate email to ensure my request was fulfilled. This I did & received an email reply stating it would be delivered to my requested address in 3-4 working days.
My parcel was delivered promptly, but to me in Hamilton instead of my niece in Grangemouth!

Many thanks for taking the time to alert me to the error. You are right the Paypal payment gateway does not help alternate delivery addresses. We only receive the customers details and even then not necessarily all we require.
I can see your email requesting alternative delivery arrangements and I am not sure why this was not actioned. I shall be looking into this to ensure that it is does not happen in future.
I shall also be asking our techies to look at the Paypal interface to see if we can facilitate the system.
