Why wait 13 months before asking my opinion on the service I received.......It was probably Good!
I had bought a several 4 gang and 1 gang dimmers for low load LEDs from another supplier and 2 failed, one after a matter of minutes and the other did not work at all. Being a bit dissatisfied I bought what I thought was an different 4 g dimmer from The internet electrical store. It is so long ago but I'm pretty sure that it turned up fairly quickly or my dissatisfaction would have registered. Now 13 months later the replacement is still working well as is the old dimmer unit that I cannibalised from the failled device to repair the other failed unit. But guess what, all the dimmer units from both suppliers were identical Doyle and Tratt devices. Incidentally the failled units were sent back directly to Doyle and Tratt after I had established contact and proper address by telephone, and they failed to send me replacements...I am still waiting!

We rang for some fabric samples which were promptly sent and gave us great confidence in matching and choice of best durability.
Although we had just missed the delivery run to Wales and we had no broadband or landline at our new house, (we were kept informed of progress of our order by mobile phone as I had requested) the bed arrived pretty quickly on the promised day in the first minute of the stated 3 hour time slot. The correct bed was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It looks like very good value for money and feels comfortable although I have not slept on it yet.
I would thoroughly recommend Linx Beds 2U and will use again when the need arises.
