First of all sent 51 DVD/games the free pick came on the day, than waited five days for email to say my stuff is on the way to warehouse but when I looked at the value of my items it had gone down so being first time user I looked on website and couldn't see why. I sent email off and still no reply to this day so I had to waste my phone bill to call them to find out, after 30 mins in cue I was finally told that my item the highest valued item at over a tenner had damage artwork which was news to me seeing that I only played the game a few times. So with this I was told that the item would be recycled a good playable game wasted like that so I asked for my whole order bk but was to late to do so but I wish I had taken pictures so I could prove to them they were wrong but it was my word against theirs but they didn't have prove either to show me the damaged artwork or recycled. I have read a lot of reviews saying the highest valued item are some what damaged so no payment made for them. On the payment side it took 16 days form sending box off to get payment into bank to long for me. I'm never using magpie a again but if u do make sure you take photos of ur items so you have prove if faced with a similar problem like mine.

Ordered online and package came next day was impressed how quick it came. Put my phone and paper work in envelope and post back same day. The next day I got an email in the evening to say phone received and payment will be made soon I had three emails after that within an hour to inform me what was going on when payment was going to be made and when it was made, i got the money in my bank account ten mins after they sent payment out. I found the whole experience pleasurable, simple and stress free.
