Ordered two items but dispatched separately. Ordered between Xmas and New Year and thankfully both did arrive but on separate days. I have to say that their "tracking" of parcels is next to useless as all it says is "dispatched", thats not much help. It would be so much better if they used a service like other big companies where you can see when its got to the courier, and when it will be out for delivery.
Cashback still "on hold" so will wait and see what comes of that - if anything but apart from that no problems.
Delivery was fast, however the product was near from being the genuine article. A bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier which didn't smell like the real deal. Difficult to find contact information for Customers services, in the end I emailed, a couple of times to get a response from the and to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement/refund. First of all they said they hadn't received the item back, then I discovered they had just credited my account with the refund, no email or correspondence.
At least I got my money back.
