This is how it should be done

The best online shopping experience ever. These guys are brilliant. Well laid out website, brilliant communication and I even got sent a proper receipt which I usually have to chase up from other online retailers as I need a vat receipt. Good delivery service from Interlink. 10/10 I will shop here again!

Not Great!

I ordered a Morphy Richards Bread bin. It showed lots in stock (150 odd to be exact at time of order) and I paid for next day delivery and paid by paypal. Well the delivery day came and it didn't come, so I looked on my Ebuyer account and the order hadn't been picked. I phoned up, told them it hadn't been sent and they promised it would arrive on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and guess what, the order still hadn't been picked. So I rang up and cancelled it. I got my money back within 30 mins which was about the only speedy process here.

I'm very dissapointed and it wasn't a great experience. Perhaps instead of adding 500 new lines every week as you kept telling me while I was on hold, you could improve on the basics of having the items available to dispatch when it says you have lots of them or letting me know i'm not going to get my order.
