AWFUL- AVOID COMPLETELY

I made an order on the Spanish version of the Infurn site 4 days ago, it’s such a shame that I hadn’t read the reviews from people before paying the money. It took me by surprise that as soon I finished my order the arrival date for the goods was as far as April 2013!!!, when it said on the website that it usually takes about 8-10 weeks, that’s when I started to worry. And things got even worse when I read what everyone says about their customer service. Let’s put it straight: INFURN STEALS.
I have sent several e-mails as I wanted to cancel my order straight-away, but they just won’t answer my emails and won’t return the phone calls. Therefore I’ve been to my local bank and have asked for a reimbursement from VISA, they said they needed all the information they could have and as soon as they started reading the opinions on the internet they apologized for working with such a SCAM company.
I have also made a police report as advised by my credit card company, because they said it would make things easier and quicker.
It’s such a laugh to read all those positive reviews on the internet, they are all clearly written by the same person who works form Infurn, and what about the answers they give on these forums, they all pretend that they have been trying to contact you but you just won’t answer the phone, it’s so ridiculous! How could I not want you to give me my money back!

I can’t believe this happens in the European Union, that’s why I have also filled a formal complaint to the Consumer Issues Service of the EU, they’ll review all the information I have given them and then the English consumer office will take care of the matter as they assured me.

Actualización en castellano:
La pesadilla continúa, nos dicen que han realizado la devolución del 100% del importe en 7 días (en vez del 80% estipulado y los 30 días laborables, un poco raro,¿no?), y para demostrarle tienen la poca vergüenza de mandarme un pantallazo en el que sólo pone mi e-mail (ni nombre ni nada más) y una casilla en la que aparece -513,00 euros. Los pobres no saben ni mentir. Pobrecita niña, ¿dónde está l número de transacción?
Por supuesto, lo primero que hago al despertarme todos los días es mirar mi cuenta, por si suena la flauta y estos d*lincuentes se han dignado a hacerme la devolución.
En mi banco no se pueden creer que sean tan descarados a la hora de delinquir de esta manera. Por supuesto VISA está reclamando el importe y he presentado una segunda denuncia ante la policia, ya que la señorita que me atendió se atrevió a acusar a mi banco de no devolverme el dinero.

Thank you for your message and further to the telephone conversation this morning with regard to order: AU-168650.

Please accept our apologies for any delay in response to emails.

- As discussed, the standard delivery time for products as shown on the website is 10 - 18 weeks and this is why the April planned delivery date is showing.

Some specific products and In Stock items do have a shorter delivery time and this is generally shown for the individual product.

However, with regard to this order, the customer is entitled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions to cancel within the first week of placing the order and we are processing this as requested.
