I have used Travel Republic before, but this time they made an error with our booking, which I had expected as a reputable company that they would deal with with a customer focused response particularly as the error was theirs not mine. I made a book quite in advance and was emailed week I was due to go that they were moving my hotel, I wasn't happy with the choice they had made for me, however when I reported this, after chasing a few time the day before I was due to use the hotel, I was told that they would do nothing as it was the 3rd party's fault not theirs. I was told I could change hotel but would have to pay more (a 5% discount was offered but I felt this was a very low discount!).
