I ordered a double bass case and a couple of other bits, but the crucial part was to get the case in time before leaving because i had to take it with me. The order was placed on December 3rd...
Here is an e-mail that i wrote on December 13th :
What is happening with my order?
It has been 10 days since it was placed. the items should have arrived after 3 days. It is still processing. I am going on my holiday very soon and i will need the double bass case to transport my double bass. Please send it ASAP.

A couple of the items are on order with our suppliers and due in with us in the next few days. Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure this is dispatched as soon as possible. We apologise for the delays you have experienced and any inconvenience this has caused you.

An email i sent on December 15th :
Please send at least the double bass case ASAP because i will be leaving in a week.
After not getting a reply, i called the customer service.
They told me that the double bass case is out of stock and has been for a while!!!
and that they will have it only on January 10th!!
it means that i would have to wait for it more than a month and 10 days. That's 41 days for an item that is supposed to be in stock.
They could have called me or e-mailed me saying that the item is out of stock. But all they could offer is an apology. Not even some compensation.
I don't know what kind of a business they are running, but i would recommend everyone to do their online shopping elsewhere, for example thomann.de which are very professional.
