Would have been nice to get everything I ordered...

I'd like to firstly point out that HQ Hair are generally brilliant when it comes to orders I have placed. All items, speedy delivery, couldn't ask for more... This time, not so much. Items arrived separately, sent an email (or was it 5) asking where the rest of my order was; clearly marking what was missing. Was then asked half a dozen more times what was missing (why have the tick box if noone reads it?!) and after a ridiculous amount of too-ing and fro-ing was pretty much told to wait. Well I've waited. Where is the rest of my order?!
